Just when you thought the gifting season was dead and gone, an avalanche of classic and new drugstore beauty brands take over shelves with something for literally every part of our routines. Whether you swear by weekly Target runs, count on CVS for those last-minute essentials or save your coins for a once-in-awhile Ulta Beauty spree, February is the month to stock up like the zombie apocalypse is tomorrow because wow—there is so much to obsess over. And the best part is nothing will set back a tight budget that needs to stay that way.
Personally, I’m already getting a second bottle of Olay Body’s innovative rinse-off body conditioner because the way my skin feels after a hot shower is just *chef’s kiss. And because I rarely wear eyeliner to work, I’m curious to know if Milani’s The Waterproof One mascara is indeed the one that will stay put instead of melting down my cheek as I brave the winter wind on lunch breaks. And I can already confirm that my fellow naturalistas will love Carol’s Daughter’s new micellar water shampoo that comes with a nozzle applicator you can aim directly at the scalp to nix buildup from your second- and third-day styles.
Seriously, this is just the tip of the beauty iceberg. There’s also cuticle oil balm, brightening body wash, a bronzing overnight mask and so much more. Take your time to browse all of the noteworthy drugstore beauty launches hitting shelves this month; you won’t be disappointed.
Amazon.
This restorative hair growth serum specifically designed to feed hair follicles recovering from hair loss is already gaining traction on Amazon.
Bliss.
Bliss just launched a trio of products dedicated to achieving a brighter complexion. First up, an eye cream infused with a non-irritating form of vitamin C along with peptides to brighten and smooth out the under-eye area.
Bliss.
The matching moisturizer includes the same vitamin-C and patented tri-peptide blend, along with green tea extract to protect the skin from environmental stressors.
Bliss.
And if you’re using the eye cream and serum, you might as well apply this serum in-between (made with the same winning blend) to achieve even brighter results.
Bliss.
There’s also this coconut-scented overnight mask that releases a streak-and-transfer free bronze for a sun-kissed glow by morning.
Carol’s Daughter.
The latest innovation from Lisa Price’s iconic natural haircare brand is a water-to-foam shampoo infused with micellar water and aloe that acts as a magnet to gently lift buildup and debris from the scalp and strands.
Covergirl.
CoverGirl’s new dual-ended brow pencils are the ultimate 2-in-1 tool for shaping and defining your arches.
Covergirl.
The new Exhibitionist gloss comes in 13 luscious and vibrant shades that moisturize and leave behind a high-shine finish.
Covergirl.
The Exhibitionist liner is a smooth, creamy kohl eyeliner that glides on easily and stays put for 24 hours, thanks to a waterproof formula.
Dove.
Dove’s classic, best-selling body wash just got a makeover that boosts its moisturizing benefits for even silkier results.
Dove.
Dove’s Care Between Washes line just released a Go Active collection that will take you from a workout to work minus the sweat and grime. The dry conditioner can be massaged into your roots to soften dry strands and brush through any post-workout tangles.
Dove.
And when you don’t have time to brush and restyle your hair, these dry shampoo wipes absorb sweat and tame flyaways so you can get to your next appointment in record time.
Dove.
And if you prefer the classics, this innovative collection includes a dry shampoo you can spray on-the-go too.
Dove.
My personal favorite is this hair perfume that will conceal not-so-pleasant smells from a hot yoga or spin class.
Milani.
Though I wouldn’t recommend wearing mascara for 24 hours, this waterproof formula is so strong, it will hold up that long if you need it to.
Olay.
Olay Body has all of our body care needs covered with an impressive new line of body washes that target some of our most common concerns. There’s a formula infused with hyaluronic acid for retaining moisture (and avoiding flaky, dry patches)….
Olay.
A collagen-infused formula for firming loose skin…
Olay.
And a vitamin-C-infused body wash for brightening from head to toe. All of these drops are also made with a vitamin B3 technology that helps to lock-in moisture before you step out of the shower.
Olay.
There’s also a body wash enriched with shea butter and that same vitamin B3 technology if your skin is especially dry and needs some extra TLC.
Olay.
Prepare to be obsessed with Olay Body’s rinse-off body conditioners too. Like conditioner for your hair, the lightweight formula helps lock in the cleansing properties of your body wash and will leave you baby soft from head to toe.
Olay.
And because our faces deserve some love too, Olay also launched a trio of targeted serums infused with that vitamin B3 complex we just talked about with the previous body washes. The first is a hydrating hyaluronic acid formula that promises to penetrate the skin so your complexion is dewy with or without makeup.
Olay.
The tone correction serum is infused with vitamin C to brighten and diminish the appearance of blemishes.
Olay.
Finally, the peptide-rich serum promises to get underneath the surface to smooth out fine lines.
Olive & June.
The Los Angeles-based nail care brand Olive & June made a huge announcement last month: they’re in Target now! And to celebrate, they launched a slew of new nail sticker designs in addition to the six polish shades, top coat and Poppy tool on shelves.
Amazon.
This wildly popular eco-friendly storage set is finally available to shop on Amazon and we couldn’t be happier. Not only do these travel-friendly pods ensure your faves make it through TSA; it also eliminates single-use plastic waste.
Physicians Formula.
Physicians Formula teamed up with Foinika Kay of Exteriorglam to create the first-ever Rosé Collection palette that includes blush, eyeshadows and even perfume.
Sally Hansen.
And this multipurpose solid oil is enriched with natural oils to help lock in moisture, restore smoothness and provide instant nourishment to dry cracked hands.
Sally Hansen.
This “nail detox” is infused with activated charcoal powder to buff away unwanted impurities, creating a smooth nail surface and foundation for polish.
Schmidt’s.
Schmidt’s aluminum-free deodorants have some of the most mesmerizing scents we’ve ever sniffed and one of the newest is this totally unique blend of rosy florals and cracked peppercorn.
Scunci.
Scunci is getting a headstart on spring fashion with a versatile collection of neutral-toned hair accessories you can shop exclusively at Ulta. There is everything from snap clips to jaw clips to headbands, but we’ve got our eye on these scrunchies.
Jergens.
It’s been over a decade since Jergens launched its iconic sunless tanner “Body Glow” and now, we have an entire collection of body illuminators to obsess over. The new Sol by Jergens line includes a handful of mess-free, streak-free products for a natural-looking glow, including this body bronzer that can be worn to enhance an existing tan or alone for a more subtle glow-up.
Jergens.
This adorable application mitt is machine wash-friendly and made with material that won’t leave behind streaks.
Jergens.
The game-changing towelettes are made with tanning active derived from natural sugars and literally smell like paradise.
Jergens.
Lastly, the coconut water-infused mousse is transparent (!) and adjusts to your unique skin tone for a natural-looking finish.
Suave.
Suave body washes are a staple in drugstore beauty washes and any of these new scents are sure to be top-sellers. There’s Fresh Rain for those who appreciate a more subtle smell….
Suave.
Aloe and rosewater for soothing dry skin…
Suave.
And Sea Salt & Eucalyptus for gentle exfoliation.
Type: A.
Ashley Graham’s favorite deodorant just launched in Target stores and will become a fast favorite thanks to the cool squeeze applicator and beautiful scent options.

This multitasking hydrator can be used as a toner in between cleanser and moisturizer, or as a post-workout skin refresher.
Versed.
And if you’re looking for a gentle way to get rid of dark spots, this vegan formula includes a gentle, but effective blend of lactic, glycolic, azelaic, and kojic acids.
Maui Moisture.
When it comes to haircare, it truly gets no better than the rich, luxurious vegan formulas created by Maui Moisture. Maui Moisture.
The Hemp Seed Oil collection is all about harnessing the benefits of hemp seed oil, cacao butter, and passion fruit seed oil to repair and prevent breakage.
Dickinson’s.
Dickinson’s witch hazel is iconic but admittedly harsh for sensitive skin types. For that reason, we’re excited to put this alcohol-free, rose water-infused mist on our vanities for soothing makeup-free skin or refreshing throughout the day.
Dickinson’s.
And the matching hydrating toner is a viable option for post-cleansing hydration and getting rid of any excess residue from our cleansers.
